In our society, there is a special population: the disabled kids. Besides the physical and mental suffering, the family of disabled kids also endures the economic burden. Therefore they need the comprehensive and professional medical aids.

According to SACF's survey, the existence of special education schools benefits the disabled kids about their education. However, the schools can not combine medical treatment with education because of their limitation.

To address these problems, Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation initiates and finically supports "Medical Program for Disabled Kids" as one charitable program of "SACF Hand-in-Hand".

1. "SACF Charity Medical Card" offers free medical treatment valued 500 Yuan once a year to each beneficiary;
2. Annual regular physical checkup to disabled kids free of charge and set up healthcare files for them;
3. Regular medical visiting service for disabled kids:
      Depending on the source of "SACF Famous Medical Experts Center", SACF organizes a volunteer team, providing regular medical
      visiting service for the disabled children in schools.
      •  Service period: once a week
      •  Contents:
        (1) Training and illustrating the teachers in special education school for daily nursing and convalescence to the disabled kids;
        (2) Regular checkup for some disabled kids and providing further medical treatment;
        (3) Medical consultation for the teachers and parents of the disabled kids
4. Helping improve infirmary of special school and donating medicine for the disabled kids;
5. Appealing more friends of charity to donate the facilities for physiotherapy.
